Similar to how ushers stack the offering baskets, you stack your Pods on a base when they aren't in use. This base charges your Pods, and a full charge will last up to 8 hours.
In our experience, Pods move just as fast as the baskets. Once donors are used to Pod being an option at your church, they'll have their cards ready to go.
In our experience, only 0.1% of donations ever decline. In the rare case that it does, we don't want to embarrass the donor during the service, so the Pod will act as though the donation was accepted. From your dashboard, you'll be able to see any transactions that were declined.
Yes, donations amounts are capped at $999. You can edit your donation amounts from the dashboard, and they'll update automatically.
Pods are made to withstand normal drops, but if one does break, no worries. Let someone on our team know, and we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible for free.
